Global Partners are members with proven distinctive expertise / knowledge specialisation who have successfully completed an integrative brand affiliation process by their specialisation with an allocated sub-domain @ Qcircle.

Strategic Partners are established individuals and corporations including institution of learning, business and professional organisations who are desirous to be identified with Qcircle and its Ecosystem of Growth.

Partners are valued contributors of extended knowledge and services to fellow members in the consortium. Participation of a Partners Plan is by members upgrade, invitation or nomination. However, all well established institutions of learning, business enterprises / professional associations and societal / civic groups are welcome to participate with a written proposition.
